What is FASTag?

NextLevelPay FASTag is a passive RFID tag that allows cashless toll payments directly from the customer’s linked prepaid, savings, or current account. Affixed to the vehicle’s windscreen, it enables seamless passage through toll plazas without the need to stop for cash payments. The toll amount is automatically deducted from the customer’s linked account.

Each FASTag is vehicle-specific and cannot be transferred to another vehicle once affixed. You can purchase NextLevelPay FASTag from any NETC Member Bank. If the FASTag is linked to a prepaid account, it must be recharged or topped up based on usage. In case of insufficient balance, the FASTag will be blacklisted at the toll plaza. When this happens, the customer will not be able to use NETC services and will have to pay the toll fare in cash.
